A message dated May 22, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 284(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to participation in certain student fellowships as                                                        
     an allowable absence from the state for purposes of eligibility for
